Tools for seeing the self

We use a variety of tools or methods to explore, process, and ultimately change the deeply held beliefs of childhood and those learned from society.  Change is not easy as the mind holds on to old patterns, but once we understand how to do it we can almost manipulate the mind into an inner paradise, a heaven on earth.  Once we get a taste of changing an inner mental construct, we have entered the path of higher consciousness.
